I offer trauma therapy in the Bay Area for high-functioning adults and women who have outgrown the ways they learned to cope—people-pleasing, overworking, staying guarded, or holding everything together—and are now navigating burnout, identity shifts, or major life transitions.

I draw from psychodynamic and trauma-informed therapy to help you understand the deeper patterns shaping your experience, while also building tools that support you in your day-to-day life. Our work isn’t just about coping—it’s about shifting the patterns that keep you stuck, so you can relate to yourself and others with more clarity, flexibility, and self-trust.
